Refund policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Returns must meet the conditions, your item must be in the same condition as received, not worn or used, labeled, and in its original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept products that are returned directly without applying for a return.

Damage and issues
Please check your order items upon receipt. If the items are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.
Sorry, we do not accept returns of promotional products or gift cards.
Exchange
The quickest way to ensure obtaining the desired product is to return it and purchase a new item when the return is accepted.
Refund
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned item, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card company also needs some time to process and post refunds.
